 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a flange of a back power shaft and the radial-stop stupichny bearing are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove a back power shaft (37) (see the Section Removal and installation of power shafts).
  3. Without disconnecting a hose, remove a back brake support (111) (see the Head Tormoznaya and auxiliary systems).
  4. Remove a brake disk (112b) (see the Head Tormoznaya and auxiliary systems).
  5. Take off boots of the parking brake (see the Head Tormoznaya and auxiliary systems).
  6. By means of a hydraulic extractor remove a flange of a back power shaft (10) from the stupichny assembly remaining on the car.

If the effort in 40 Nanometers for removal of a shaft appears insufficiently, it is necessary to remove stupichny assembly and to repeat the procedure in stationary conditions.

  1. By means of special nippers remove a lock ring (9).
  2. In case of need remove a brake board (112s).
  3. By means of a special stripper to a vypressuyta from stupichny assembly the two-row radial-stop bearing (8).
  4. Vypressuyte an internal holder of the bearing from a flange of a power shaft.
  5. Estimate sizes of cross and radial side plays of a flange (10), in case of need make replacement.
  6. Installation is made upside-down.
