 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of components of the lock are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Open a cowl and record it in vertical position.
  3. Turn out screws (1) and, having pulled up, remove the lower section (2) of castle assembly.
  4. Remove the latch otpuskaniye lever in under the dashboard in interior of the car at the left and disconnect from it a driving cable (models till 31.08.99) / disunite the contact socket of an electrical wiring (4) (model from 01.09.99).
  5. Disconnect a cable of an otpuskaniye of a latch (3) from the lower section (2) of castle assembly and remove the last from a cross beam.
  6. Turn out screws (4 and 5) and remove the top section (6) of the lock, on models till 31.08.99 equipped with a safety clamp.
  7. Installation is made upside-down.
  8. In conclusion adjust the provision of a cowl (see the Section Removal, installation and adjustment of a cowl), make sure of reliability of its fixing in a closed position and grease with jellied lubricant open elements of castle assembly (including a safety hook) and loops. Check freedom and smoothness of the course of a safety hook.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a driving cable of an otpuskaniye of a latch of the lock of a cowl are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Open a cowl and record it in vertical position.
  3. Remove the top cross beam of a frame (see the Section Removal and installation of the top forward cross beam of a frame).
  4. Remove the cowl lock (see above).
  5. Release a driving cable from intermediate clamps under the top cross beam of a frame.
  6. Turn out fixing screws / release clamps and uncover the assembly block of safety locks/relay (see the Head Onboard electric equipment).
  7. In case of need remove intermediate clamps (1) of laying of a driving cable.
  8. Uncover under the dashboard at the left (see the Section Removal and installation of the lower covers of the dashboard).
  9. Remove panels of finishing of the left foot well (see the Section Removal and installation of panels of finishing of forward foot wells).
  10. Release a driving cable from a clamp on a well wall.
  11. Remove the plug through passage (2) cables from the assembly block of safety locks/relay.
  12. Involve a driving cable (3) through a partition in a motive compartment.
  13. Installation is made upside-down, - track correctness of laying of a cable.
