The combined switch

The left combined understeering switch (the choice of the modes of functioning of external lighting fixtures, activation of indexes of turns)

By means of the rotary handle on the end of the lever of the understeering switch the choice of one of the following modes of functioning of external lighting fixtures can be made:

About Lighting fixtures are switched off
AUTO the Automatic choice of the mode of functioning of lighting fixtures depending on an illumination condition.
Activation of marker lights, lamps of illumination of registration plate and illumination of devices

Activation of passing/driving beam of headlights

Parking fires (the ignition key is turned in situation 0 or is taken from the ignition lock). The lever of the switch is lowered in situation (4), - the left parking fire, (3) – right is activated.

A transfer of head headlights from the mode of passing beam in the mode of driving beam is made by push-up of the lever of the understeering switch from itself, - automatically on an instrument guard the corresponding control lamp of characteristic blue light has to light up (see above). For cutoff of driving beam return the lever to a starting position.

Also the possibility of the alarm system is provided by driving beam: the alarm system is carried out by procrastination of the lever of the understeering switch on itself and irrespective of the chosen position of the handle of the choice of the mode of functioning of external lighting fixtures (see above).

The alarm system driving beam remains possible even at the switched-off ignition.

Activation of indexes of turns is made by push-up of the lever of the left understeering switch in the corresponding direction. The lever is transferred up or down, to dependences of the chosen direction of change of course.

At transfer of the lever to extreme top/lower situation (before click) the corresponding indexes of turns will continue to function until the steering wheel is not returned in rectilinear situation (the terminal switch will work), or so far the lever will not be returned in neutral situation.

Short-term inclusion of indexes, for example, at intention to replace a lane of the movement is made by easy procrastination of the lever up or down.

Management of functioning of cleaners/washers of a windshield

Activation of cleaners and washers wind and lenses of headlights is possible only at the included ignition (a key in situation 1 or 2). The choice of the mode of functioning of screen wipers is made by movement of the lever of the switch in the vertical plane:

At excess by the speed of the movement of the car of value in 170 km/h the interval mode of functioning of screen wipers automatically is replaced with continuous.

On the models equipped with the rain sensor activation of the interval mode of screen wipers leads to their single operation with the subsequent automatic choice of duration of a pause depending on intensity of wetting of a surface of glass.

Activation of washers is made by procrastination of the lever of the switch on itself, supply of the washing liquid is followed by several waves of brushes of screen wipers.

At a full stop of the car and open for one of forward doors the interval mode of functioning of screen wipers stops that allows to prevent hit of the moisture which is brushed away by brushes on clothes entering into salon or leaving the driver/passenger's car.

Understeering switch of management of functioning темпостата / systems of variable restriction of speed Speedtronic

The switch of management of functioning of a tempostat is located on a steering column above the combined understeering switch.

The detailed description of the principles of management of functioning of a tempostat is provided in the Section of the Control system of the speed (Tempostat/Speedtronic).

Button of activation of a horn

The button of inclusion of a sound signal is built in a stupichny part of a steering wheel.

The switches and governing bodies located on the dashboard

Regulator of an inclination of optical axes of headlights

The roller switch of adjustment of an inclination of optical axes of headlights is located in the left part of the dashboard and has four fixed situation (0, 1, 2 and 3).

The switch serves for adjustment of a distance of lighting (at inclusion of passing beam), for the purpose of prevention of dazzle of drivers of passers and ahead of the going vehicles.

The regulator (see сопр. an illustration) has to be established in the situation (according to the tables given below) corresponding to the number of passengers and extent of loading of the car.

Handle of an otpuskaniye of the parking brake

On the models considered in the present manual the foot drive of the parking brake is used. The raising of the parking brake is made by squeezing located at the left under the pedal dashboard. The handle of an otpuskaniye of the parking brake at the left on the car dashboard is also marked with the pictogram of the corresponding content.

The pulling of the handle leads to an instant otpuskaniye of the parking brake, - the corresponding control lamp (see the Section Combination of Devices, measuring instruments and control lamps and light indicators) on an instrument guard has to go out.

Adjustment of provision of a steering wheel

The lever of an otpuskaniye of the lock mechanism is located at the left on a steering column. For an otpuskaniye of a clamp wring out the lever down to an emphasis, then adjust height of provision of a steering wheel according to features of the constitution. Having achieved a comfortable position of a steering wheel, wring out the lever up.

The corresponding control lamp on a combination of devices of the car warns about shutdown of blocking of the adjusting mechanism of the driver (see the Section Combination of Devices, measuring instruments and control lamps and light indicators).

The switch of activation of faroochistitel (the model equipped with biksenonovy headlights)

The switch of activation of faroochistitel is located on the car dashboard, to the right of a steering column. Activation of faroochistitel is represented possible only in situation 2 keys in the ignition lock.

Switch ignition/lock of blocking of a steering column

The lock of ignition has four fixed situation

The lock of ignition is located on the right on a steering column. The key can occupy one of four fixed provisions in the lock:

0: Blocking of a steering column
1: Auxiliary consumers of the electric power (parking situation)
2: Ignition is included / the Movement
3: Start of the engine

Situation 0 - blocking of a steering column

The key can be entered into the lock or is taken from it only in this situation. At turn of the ignition key from situation 0 in situation 1 there is an unblocking of a steering column. Besides, on the models equipped with automatic transmission, an additional condition of permission of start is obligatory transfer of the lever of the selector to situation "P".

The key can be taken from the ignition lock only after its turn in situation 0.

On models with AT extraction of a key from the lock of ignition becomes possible only after transfer of the lever of the selector to situation "P".

Blocking the helmsman of a column is carried out automatically in attempt to turn a steering wheel after extraction of a key from the ignition lock.

Blocking the helmsman of a column sometimes brings impossibility to turn a key in the ignition lock. In such situation it is necessary to turn slightly a steering wheel in this or that party (for the purpose of removal of loading), at the same time turning a key in the lock.

Do not take a key from the lock from the ignition lock during the movement at all! It will inevitably lead to blocking of a steering column and loss of control over management. Take out a key from the lock only after a full stop of the car!

At an open forward door there is a possibility of activation of electric drives of adjustment of seats, a steering column, window regulators and a cover of the top hatch at the key taken from the ignition lock.

Situation 1 - parking

In this position of the ignition key the possibility of functioning of auxiliary consumers of the electric power (the audio system, the lighter, the heater fan, screen wipers, etc.) is provided.

Situation 2 - ignition is included / the movement

The ignition key is in this situation constantly during the movement of the car, and also during the operation of the engine on single turns. On diesel models the turn of a key in situation 2 before start of the engine leads to activation of system of preheat. Electric food of all systems and the additional equipment installed on the car is at the same time provided. At turn of a key from situation 1 situation 2 quickly joins some of the control lamps located on an instrument guard of the car, confirming serviceability of functioning of the corresponding control systems (see the Section Combination of Devices, measuring instruments and control lamps and light indicators).

Situation 3 - start

At turn of a key in this situation there is an inclusion of a starter. After implementation of start of the engine the key should be released, and it will automatically return to situation 2.

Switch of the alarm system

Turning on of the alarm system is made by means of the button located from above on a steering column. The button of the switch is standardly equipped with an alarm lamp with the pictogram representing two triangles entered each other.

Turning on of the alarm system leads to simultaneous operation of all four indexes of turns (and their light indicators on a combination of devices of the car). The alarm system is intended for the warning of other participants of traffic of the compelled stop of the car and is used also in other dangerous situations provided by traffic regulations. For shutdown of the alarm system it is necessary to press the switch button repeatedly.

Activation of the alarm system is made automatically at operation any of safety cushions.

The switch of the LOW RANGE mode (for the movement in cross-country conditions)

The LOW RANGE mode is intended for the movement in cross-country conditions, overcomings water barriers, towages of the trailer in the hilly area.

The switch of activation of the LOW RANGE mode for the movement on off road terrain is located in the left top corner of console section of the dashboard. For inclusion of the lowering mode transfer the selector lever to situation "N" (models from AT) / squeeze out pedals of coupling and a foot brake (model with RKPP), then once press the top part of the push-button switch, - the control lamp of "LOW RANGE" (see the Section Combination of Devices, measuring instruments and control lamps and light indicators) on a combination of devices has to blink three times, then pass into the mode of a constant luminescence. At violation of serviceability of inclusion of the lowering mode the control lamp will blink with the doubled frequency.

The switch of activation of the LOW RANGE mode for the movement on off road terrain

Return to the mode of the normal movement is made in a similar order, - the control lamp has to blink three times, then go out, confirming shutdown of the lowering mode.

Activation of the mode has to be made only after a full stop of the car! At the movement in the LOW RANGE mode try not to allow increases in turns of the engine over value 1500 in a minute!

Switch of activation of fog lighting

The switch of activation of fog lighting is located at the left in the central part of console section of the dashboard, near a ware compartment. Activation of fog lighting can be made only in working order external lighting fixtures at the turned-on passing beam of headlights (see above). For inclusion of fog lights it is necessary to turn on passing beam (see above), then to press the top part of the keyboard switch, - on a combination of devices the corresponding light indicator has to light up (see the Section Combination of Devices, measuring instruments and control lamps and light indicators).

For inclusion in addition to fog lights of back foggy lamps it is necessary to press the lower part of the keyboard switch, - the control light-emitting diode which is built in assembly of the switch has to light up.

At activation of the automatic mode of functioning of external lighting fixtures, at start of the engine in addition to regular running fires (dimensions, illumination of registration plate) also back foggy lamp is activated.

By means of this switch also time of a delay of shutdown of headlights when closing doors is exposed, - the top part of a key should be held pressed until desirable time of a delay is not brought to the display of a combination of devices (the rotary handle of the left understeering switch has to be turned in situation O).

If after switching off of the engine any of doors of the car is not open, or after opening all doors will not be densely closed, function of a delay of shutdown of headlights will be turned off automatically about 1 minute later.

During 10 rumple after closing of doors function can be activated repeatedly by opening of any of doors.

Switches of the modes of heating of front seats

Two keyboard switches of the modes of heating of seats are located at the edges of the lower number of switches of console section of the dashboard and allow to activate two modes of heating of seats (normal and accelerated), and also to make shutdown of heaters.

Activation of heating of seats is made only at the started engine.

Activation of normal rezhimasoprovozhdatsya by operation of one of two control light-emitting diodes which are built in the switch. At the accelerated heating both light-emitting diodes light up.

Shutdown of heating is made as follows: if one built-in control light-emitting diode burns, it is necessary to press the top part of a key of the corresponding switch, two - on lower. Automatic shutdown of heating elements happens on a timer signal about 20 minutes of continuous functioning ТЭНов later.

Shutdown of heating of seats happens also at an overload of system of a charge or insufficient level of a charge of the rechargeable battery, - in this situation one or both control diodes (depending on the heating chosen the mode) will switch in the flashing mode. After removal of an overload (shutdown of excess consumers of the electric power) heating of seats will be activated automatically.

Switches of the electric drive of back rotary side glasses

Keyboard switches of the electric drive of back rotary side glasses are located the second from edges of the lower number of switches of console section of the dashboard. Pressing the top part of the switch leads to opening of the corresponding glass, on lower - to closing.

The electric drive of back rotary side glasses continues to function within 30 minutes after opening any of forward doors (even if the key in the lock of ignition is turned in situation 0), - the Comfort function.

Switch of management of functioning of a cleaner/washer of back glass

The keyboard switch of management of functioning of a cleaner/washer of back glass equipped with a control light-emitting diode is located in the central part of the lower number of switches of console section of the dashboard. Pressing the top part of the switch leads to activation of a back screen wiper in the interval mode, - for shutdown of a screen wiper press the same key repeatedly.

Activation of giving on back glass of the washing liquid is made by keeping of the pressed lower part of a key of the switch, - at the same time activated as well a screen wiper which will continue to function within about 5 more seconds after a key otpuskaniye.

If the interval mode of functioning of a screen wiper, interruption in supply of the washing liquid was included does not lead to its shutdown.

On the models equipped with the rain sensor parameters of the interval mode of functioning of a back screen wiper are regulated automatically (provided that forward screen wipers are also included in the interval mode).

Switch of antistrange system (ESP)

The switch of antistrange system (ESP) is located in the central part of the lower number of switches of console section of the dashboard. Need for shutdown of the ESP system can arise at the movement with antisliding chains, on deep snow, sand or gravel. At the same time the torque of the engine ceases to be controlled and pro-slipping of driving wheels can make milling impact on soil.

For shutdown of ESP press the top part of a key of the switch, - on a combination of devices the control lamp which is built in in the speedometer dial has to light up (see the Section Combination of Devices, measuring instruments and control lamps and light indicators).

For return to the normal mode of the movement it is enough to press the lower part of a key of the switch.

The switches located on the central console

Switches of management of functioning of the electric drive of window regulators

Four individual switches of management of functioning of the electric drive of door window regulators are located on the central console on the right and to the left of assembly of the lever of the selector of the AT/handle of gear shifting (RKPP). Two more individual switches of control of the electric drive of window regulators of back doors are located at a back end face of the central console.

Each switch allows to activate the drive of the regulator of a window regulator of the corresponding door. The toddler located between switches of the left doors allows to block in case of need a possibility of activation of regulators of window regulators of back doors from individual door switches by shift it to the right, - the pictogram about the image of the little man has to open.

Activation of window regulators is made only at the included ignition.

The electric drive of window regulators remains active within 30 more minutes after opening of any of forward doors (even at the ignition key turned in situation 0), - the Comfort function.

For lowering of glass it is necessary to press the lower part of the keyboard corresponding switch. Pressing the top part of the switch allows to transfer glass to the lifted situation. Pressing of a key of the switch with overcoming a point of resistance leads to automatic lowering / lifting of glass of the corresponding door.

If at transfer to the top situation glass encounters resistance, the electric drive of the regulator is immediately blocked, at the same time glass falls a little down, and further keeping of the pressed top part of a key will lead only to lowering of glass in the lower situation.

The adjustment of door window regulators has to be made every time after shutdown of onboard power supply / discharge of the rechargeable battery, and also after reusable pressing the switch without transfer of glass to extreme situation. For performance of an adjustment it is necessary to turn a key in the ignition lock in situation 2, to press the top part of the corresponding keyboard switch and to hold it in this situation until glass does not rise, plus about 1 more second.

Switch of the uniform lock

The switch of the uniform lock is located on the central console behind the lever of switching of AT transfers/selector at the left and allows to make activation of the uniform lock from interior of the car, - all doors have to be closed.

If blocking of doors was made from the DU panel, unlocking of locks by means of the switch is not represented possible.

Switch of the Parktronic (PTS) system

The principle of functioning of PTS is in detail described in the Section Parktronic (PTS) System.

The PTS switch is located on the central console behind the lever of switching of AT transfers/selector on the right, is equipped with the built-in control light-emitting diode which is activated at the disconnected system and allows to make inclusion/shutdown of the Parktronic system.

Repeated activation of PTS is made automatically when turning the ignition key in situation 2.

Connection to a turnbuckle of an electrical wiring of the trailer leads to automatic shutdown of PTS.

Control panel of functioning of the electric drive of adjustment of door rear-view mirrors

Adjustment

The panel is located on the central console behind the lever of switching of AT transfers/selector.

On corners of the panel buttons of the choice of the mirror which is subject adjustments and push-button switches of folding of mirrors are located, in the center of the panel the rotational operating switch of adjustment of provision of mirrors is located.

External rear-view mirrors have the spherical design allowing to broaden the field of the review. Heating of mirrors works automatically.

Record of parameters of adjustment in the processor memory (at the corresponding complete set)

The chosen provision of external rear-view mirrors can be written down in memory of the onboard processor together with data on provisions of seats (see the Section Adjustment of Seats).

Record in the processor memory of the chosen provision of rear-view mirrors is made along with record of parameters of adjustment of front seats (see the Section Adjustment of Seats).

The design of system allows to carry out record of parking provision of a rear-view mirror of the right door. Park the car not movably at edge of a pavement and leave ignition included, adjust a mirror of the right door so that in it curbstone was reflected, then press the button of the appeal to the processor memory and approximately for 3 seconds wring out the rotor switch of control of the electric drive of mirrors down, - the mirror should not measure the situation, otherwise the procedure should be repeated. Now before the parking of the car will enough start to press the corresponding button of a call from memory of parking provision of the right mirror. Return of a mirror to a starting position happens automatically at achievement by the speed of the movement of value in 10 km/h, approximately in 10 seconds after switching off of transfer of a backing, and also at a nazhimaniye on the button of activation of the electric drive of a mirror of the left door.

When opening any of forward doors the electric drive of rear-view mirrors remains active within 30 more minutes even at the key turned in situation 0 or taken from the ignition lock, - the Comfort function.

Other switches

Switch of shutdown of devices of protection against towage / unauthorized penetration into interior of the car

At the corresponding complete set of the car activation of the considered devices happens automatically when locking doors/activation of the anticreeping alarm system.

Before starting planned towage / transportation of the car the protection device needs to be switched-off.

The switch of activation/deactivation of the device of protection against the towage/sensor of volume is located on the ceiling console of the car, - turn a key in the ignition lock in situation 1, press the OFF button of the switch, then turn a key in situation 0 and take it from the lock.

On the models equipped with the on-board computer it is necessary to wring out within 30 seconds the RESET or MODE button on the control panel of the ceiling console, - on the display the message of "OFF" has to appear.

After shutdown of the device locking of the car and activation of the anticreeping alarm system from the DU panel can be made. The protection device from the towage/sensor of volume remain disconnected until the key in the lock of ignition is not turned in situation 1.

Switch of management of functioning of the electric drive of a cover of the top hatch

The switch of management of functioning of the electric drive of a lifting and movable cover of the top hatch is located on the ceiling console ahead of the saloon lamp.

The electric drive of a cover of the hatch functions only in provisions 1 or 2 of the ignition key, and also within 30 minutes situation 0 at open any of forward doors of the car (Comfort function).

The principle of control of the drive of a cover is shown on an illustration, - short pressing of the switch brings the automatic mode of functioning of the electric drive (the stop can be made by repeated pressing of the switch).

In the automatic mode of opening of the hatch it is made not completely (in case of need once again press the switch). For transfer of a cover to required position wrung out should hold the switch.

The glass cover of the hatch is equipped with a sun-protection blind opening and which closing is made manually.

When moving a cover of the hatch in open situation the blind also moves.


In case of refusal the electric drive the possibility of closing of a cover of the hatch manually is provided. Cast away a protective cover and enter the six-sided key equipped with a neck into a reception opening of a shaft of a driving electric motor, rotation of a key clockwise allows to close the shifted hatch cover, against - to lower lifted.

The traveling computer (at the corresponding complete set)

The control panel of the traveling computer is located on the ceiling console of the car of the central console of the car and is equipped with the liquid-crystal display and the keyboard switch of the installation/choice of the modes of functioning.

Activation of the computer happens automatically when turning a key in the ignition lock in situation 2. If the computer is switched off forcibly and the display is not activated, it is necessary to press the MODE button of the keyboard switch on the control panel.

The design of the computer provided eight modes of functioning:

  6. Course stock at the rate of remaining fuel reserve

  8. It is switched off

Switching between the modes is made by means of the MODE button of the keyboard switch on the control panel.

Date

For an entrance to the mode of installation press the RESET button of the keyboard switch, - on the screen of the display the indication of the current month will begin to blink, - adjustment is made by means of the MODE button. Secondary pressing the RESET button leads to transfer to the mode of installation of day of the week, further - years. When pressing the RESET button for the fourth time there is an exit from the installation mode.

Compass

In the Compass mode the direction of the movement is brought to the display:

On the accuracy of compass readings the proximity of an arrangement of large structures, bridges, power lines and powerful sources of a radio emission, and also presence onboard the car of metal and magnetic objects can make impact.


Card of zones of magnetic inducement

At movements on long distances there can be a need for adaptation of a compass to conditions of the replaced zones of magnetic inducement:

a) Determine a zone of your location by the special card of magnetic inducement, - write down result;
b) Turn a key in the ignition lock in situation 2;
c) Holding the MODE button on the control panel of the computer of pressed, wait for a conclusion to the screen of the display of compass readings;
d) Pass with pressing the RESET button of the keyboard switch into the mode of the choice of a zone, - on the screen of the display of valleys to be highlighted number of earlier chosen zone of magnetic inducement;
e) Consecutive pressing the RESET button make correction of a zone according to the actual location of the car, - see point (a);
f) For an exit from the mode of installation and introduction of new value to the processor memory press the MODE button twice, - on the screen of the display compass readings have to be highlighted.
If the automatic proofreader of a compass does not cope with an objective, necessary calibration can be made manually:
a) Bring the car to the open area;
b) Disconnect everything onboard consumers of the electric power and close all doors, including a back door (otherwise the display in the mode of a compass indication "-" will be displayed;
c) Holding pressed the MODE button of the keyboard switch, wait for a conclusion to the screen of the display of compass readings;
d) Press the button of dumping (RESET), then again the MODE button, - on the screen of the display the message of "CAL" (Calibration) has to be highlighted;
e) Within about 2 seconds hold to the calibration pressed the RESET button for transition to the mode (on the screen the inscription "CAL" shines);
f) Moving with a speed about 5 ÷ of 10 km/h, make couple of circles, - the inscription "CAL" on the screen has to go out, confirming completion of calibration of a compass.

If the inscription "CAL" does not disappear, then for an exit from the mode of calibration it is necessary to take a key from the ignition lock, - after repeated inclusion of ignition the procedure can be repeated.

Stop watch

Start-up and stop of a stop watch is made by means of the RESET button of the keyboard switch on the computer control panel. For zeroing of indications of a stop watch it is necessary to hold the RESET button pressed within several seconds.

Instant fuel consumption

In this mode of the display value of instant fuel consumption at the rate of the current parameters of the movement is displayed.

Average fuel consumption

Dumping of indications of average fuel consumption is made by pressing the RESET button of the keyboard switch.

Course stock at the rate of remaining fuel reserve

When turning a key in the ignition lock in situation 2 displays are displayed value of a distance, edges can be passed on the fuel reserve which is available in a tank.

On reaching the minimum value of a reserve of fuel in a tank the screen of the display begins to blink.

The choice of an interface language is made also by means of the RESET button.

The saloon rear-view mirror with manual switching has two fixed situation: day and night. Switching is made by means of the mirror which is built in in the lower part of a spherical support a rychazhka.

Mirror with automatic protection

Protection is activated automatically at turn of a key in the ignition lock in situation 2, - the control light-emitting diode which is built in in assembly of a mirror has to light up and can be forcibly disconnected by means of the button, close to a light-emitting diode. In an active state the mirror switches in the corresponding mode depending on a hade of rays of light to its reflecting surface.

Activation of protective switching will happen only in case light freely gets on the sensors which are built in in a mirror. This condition can not be satisfied at towage of the trailer or closing of a blind of back glass.

At turning on of the reverse gear, and also at activation of illumination of salon protection of a mirror against dazzle is blocked.

Ashtrays lighters

Assemblies of ashtrays with lighters are built in in average and back sections of the central console of the car and have almost identical design.

Opening of a forward ashtray is made by short pressing the top part of a cover. For extraction of an insert it is necessary to grasp it by sidewalls and to pull it up.

The back ashtray is taken by push-up inside with the subsequent otpuskaniye and can be in case of need completely released from a reception nest.

Before folding of a many-placed back seat the ashtray should be closed!

Use of lighters is possible only in provisions 1 or 2 of the ignition key.

For activation of the lighter just drown its button in a reception nest against the stop, - after warming up of a heating element the button will automatically jump out in a starting position.

Do not hold the lighter button in the pressed situation by force at all!

If the lighter button after pressing does not jump out after more than 30 seconds, the car should be driven away on car repair shop for elimination of the malfunction taking place. After use do not forget to return the button in a nest (in order to avoid a contamination of the last).

The reception nest of the lighter can be used for connection of the external consumers of the electric power (the pump, the charger for a radio telephone, the vacuum cleaner) calculated on food in 12 V and with a power of consumption no more than 50 W.

Power supply sockets

One plug socket of power supply is located in a foot well of the forward passenger, one more - in the luggage compartment of the car.

Sockets are equipped with protective covers and intended for connection of the consumers calculated on food in 12 V and with a power of consumption no more than 180 W.

Illumination of salon

Main saloon lamps and forward mate lamps

The switch of the modes of functioning of saloon lamps is located on the ceiling console near the switch of management of functioning of the electric drive of the top hatch, behind the control panel there is an assembly of the two-section main saloon lamp / the holder of the device of remote control of the drive of garage gate.

Activation/deactivation of each of sections of the main saloon lamp is made by pressing the corresponding lens. Besides, lighting automatically joins when unlocking doors from the DU panel of the uniform lock, and also at their opening, - closing of doors leads to shutdown of the lamp with a certain temporary delay. Automatic shutdown of saloon lighting is made at inclusion of ignition.

The three-position keyboard switch of the modes of functioning of lamps allows to make inclusion/switching off of back saloon lamps, to activate the mode of illumination of salon when opening doors, and also to completely turn off illumination of salon (neutral position of the switch).

Back individual lamps (lamps for reading)

Activation/deactivation of back individual lamps (lamps) is made for reading by pressing lenses of their plafonds. Besides, lighting automatically joins when opening doors, - closing of doors leads to shutdown of the lamp with a certain temporary delay. Automatic shutdown of saloon lighting is made at inclusion of ignition.

General information

The universal transceiver which is built in assembly allows to unite conveniently functions to three DU individual panels of manual type and allows to operate functioning of the majority of the radio frequencies of actuation mechanisms working in the range, such as drive of a garage door, activators of door locks, security systems, etc. Power supply of the transceiver is carried out from the onboard rechargeable battery that excludes need for performance of periodic replacement of a battery. Memory of the transceiver is organized by the principle of ROM that means lack of need of repeated data input after shutdown of the battery.

The built-in universal transceiver is not intended for use with actuation mechanisms of opening of garage doors in which function of an emergency stop of inclusion of a reverse is not realized. These requirements were standardized for actuation mechanisms of release since April 1, 1982!

Programming of the Universal Transceiver

After introduction to the transceiver of a program code the original transmitter should be kept on a case of emergence of need of repeated programming (for example, in case of acquisition of the new car). At sale of the car the program code of the transceiver has to be removed from memory of the device for safety. For more details see below.

At input of a program code of a door of a garage can spontaneously begin to open or be closed, - track that in a doorway there were no people or pets! Programming of the transceiver has to be made at the killed engine!

At the switched-off ignition (a key in situation 1 or 2) press the left button of the transmitter on the ceiling console of the car and, holding it pressed, wait the control light-emitting diode which is still built in in the console slightly above buttons will not begin to blink with a frequency about 1 once a second.

At primary programming of any of buttons, and also when reprogramming after dumping of installations the light-emitting diode begins to blink practically at once, when reprogramming of already used button the light-emitting diode is activated only about 20 seconds later.

Without releasing the left button of the control panel, direct the DU portable panel from a regular complete set to the actuation mechanism which control will be exercised from this button, the end equipped with a radiator to the left side of a saloon rear-view mirror into which an antenna part of the transceiver is integrated and, without releasing a control light-emitting diode from a field of vision, press managements of the portable panel the button. Hold the button pressed until the frequency of a blinking of a control light-emitting diode does not double, confirming serviceability of entering of the entered information.

If the actuation mechanism of the drive of gate it is equipped with function of change of a code (Rolling-Code), further it is necessary to synchronize the transceiver with the regular transmitter of the given device, - see the maintenance instruction of the device.

The remained two buttons of the control panel are programmed in a similar manner.

Rules of use of the universal transceiver

After input of the corresponding program code the transceiver can be used for control of the corresponding actuation mechanism (for example, the operating functioning of the drive of a garage door). For activation of the device rather just press the corresponding button on the transceiver control panel (the key in the lock of ignition of the car has to be turned in situation 1 or 2), - during transfer of the operating signal the light indicator has to work.

The radiator functions at the pressed button continuously within 20 seconds on which expiration process of transfer of the command is interrupted, and the control light-emitting diode passes into the flashing mode, - in case of need press the button of management repeatedly.

Diagnostics of errors of input of a program code

If it is not possible to enter quickly enough into memory of the transceiver of information from the manual transmitter, it is necessary to work as follows:

a) Make replacement of a battery of the DU portable panel;
b) Track correctness of orientation of the DU portable panel brought to the transceiver (the party with a battery compartment has to be outside);
c) Try to hold at the same time pressed buttons on both devices rather reliably;
d) Track that during input of information the transmitter was on removal from the transceiver of no more than 125 mm. If within 15 seconds the frequency of gleams of the light indicator does not increase, confirming success of input of a program code, try to repeat the procedure, having a little changed position of the transmitter concerning the transceiver, - constantly you keep an eye on the indicator.

Dumping of memory of the universal transceiver

The possibility of cleaning of the data entered for the separate button of the transceiver by a design of the device is not provided. For removal of all entered information it is necessary to hold within about 20 seconds pressed at the same time two side buttons transceiver control panels. Buttons can be released as soon as the control light-emitting diode begins to blink.

Before sale of the car it is recommended to make cleaning of memory of the universal transmitter.

Operations procedure in case of stealing of the car

When stealing the car it is necessary to reprogram actuation mechanisms of all devices put in action from the transceiver which are not equipped with function of alternation of a code, - in case of need consult at representatives of the relevant firms manufacturers.

At return of the stolen car it is necessary to make reprogramming of all buttons of the built-in transceiver.

Sun-protection peaks

Sun-protection peaks provide protection of eyes of the driver / the forward passenger from dazzle by direct sunshine both in front, and sideways.

Sun-protection peaks have two working situation, - for protection against side beams release a peak from a clamp (shooter) and develop it to door glass (the driver's peak is shown)

On some models from the back of a sun-protection peak the toilet pocket mirror equipped with a folding cover can be in addition equipped. Opening of a cover of a pocket mirror at the included ignition (a key in situation 1 or 2) leads to activation of illumination of a pocket mirror.

Ware boxes

The main ware box is equipped in the right part of the dashboard and equipped with a folding cover with the rotary handle, - opening of a cover at the included ignition leads to activation of illumination of internal volume of a box.

The additional two-section ware box is equipped in assembly of the central console, under an armrest between front seats of the car. The coin box is provided in a cover of a console box.

Fire extinguisher

The regular place for fastening of the fire extinguisher is equipped in a forward part of salon, near a driver's seat. After each use the fire extinguisher it is necessary перезаправлять. It is necessary to make check of the fire extinguisher each 1 - 2 years.

Removal and installation of head restraints
