Details of installation of a damper of tortional fluctuations / pulley of a driving belt of the engine of a series 612


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a damper of tortional fluctuations / a pulley of a bent shaft of the engine of a series 612 are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Take off a belt of the drive of auxiliary units (1).
  3. By means of special adaptation (3) block a gear wreath of a flywheel / a driving disk.
  4. Turn out the central bolt (4) and remove it together with a dish-shaped washer (5).
  5. By means of a dvukhnozhechny stripper remove assembly a pulley/damper of tortional fluctuations (6).
  6. Attentively study a condition of a nave of a damper/pulley, in case of need make replacement.
  7. Replace a forward epiploon of a bent shaft (see the Section Removal and installation of an electric motor of shutdown of inlet port (the series 612 engine)).
  8. Installation is made upside-down.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a damper of tortional fluctuations / a pulley of a bent shaft of engines of a series 628 are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove the lower section of a noise isolation.
  3. Remove the electric fan of the cooling system.
  4. Install the screen of protection of the К/В radiator/condenser.
  5. Remove an air sleeve of the right lower air pipeline / cooler of a path of pressurization of air.
  6. Take off a belt of the drive of auxiliary units.
  7. Disconnect hoses of a cooling path from the water pump.
  8. Holding a pulley from a provorachivaniye by means of adaptation (2), turn out the central bolt (1).
  9. Having in case of need hooked the suitable screw-driver, remove a damper of tortional fluctuations / a pulley (3).
  10. Installation is made upside-down.
