Removal and installation of a radiator of the cooling system

Petrol models

Details of installation of a radiator on petrol models (on the example of the models equipped with the cooling system fan with the viscous coupling)

1 — Assembly of the fan of the cooling system with the viscous coupling
2 — Clamps of a casing of ventilatory assembly
3 — the Casing of ventilatory assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a radiator on petrol models are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Empty the cooling system (see the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  3. Remove ventilatory assembly.
  4. Remove facing elements (16) and assemblies of block headlights (7).
  5. Otboltite forward cross beam of a frame (8).
  6. Disconnect from a radiator (15) lines of a cooling path (4 and 6) and an overflow tube of a broad tank (5).
  7. Disconnect oil pipelines (18 and 19).
  8. On models with AT to an otboltita from a radiator of the ATF (10) line.
  9. Release an electrical wiring from clamps and remove a lattice (11) of ventilatory assembly.
  10. Otboltite from a radiator the K/V condenser and, without disconnecting refrigerator lines, take him aside.
  11. Dismantle fasteners (20) and remove a rubber damper (21).
  12. Remove a receiver dehumidifier of the K/B (14) system from a radiator.
  13. Remove a radiator (15).
  14. Disconnect the directing deflectors (12).
  15. Installation is made upside-down.
  16. In conclusion do not forget to check the cooling system for existence of signs of development of leaks and make adjustment of the direction of optical axes of headlights.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a radiator on diesel models with RKPP are shown on illustrations to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Open a cowl and record it in vertical position.
  3. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  4. Remove the panel of finishing of a cover of a head of cylinders.
  5. Remove the lower section of a noise isolation.
  6. Having lowered down, remove ventilatory assembly of the cooling system.
  7. Empty the cooling system (see the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  8. Remove a cooler of air of pressurization (110/2).
  9. Install the screen of protection of the К/В radiator/condenser.
  10. Remove a rubber sealant (11).
  11. Pump out hydraulic liquid from the GUR tank.
  12. Disconnect oil pipelines of a path of cooling of GUR (18 and 19).
  13. Disconnect a hose of the water pump (8).
  14. Disconnect from the thermostat a hose of a cooling path (9).
  15. Disconnect from a radiator an overflow hose of a broad tank (10).
  16. Remove the directing deflectors (12).
  17. Turn out fixing bolts (16) and remove the K/B (17) condenser and, without disconnecting refrigerator lines, take it aside.
  18. Remove fasteners (2) and dismantle rubber dampers (21).
  19. Remove a receiver dehumidifier of K/B (14) from a radiator.
  20. On the left side of a radiator remove a basic arm of fastening of a sleeve of a path of pressurization of air.
  21. Remove a radiator (15).
  22. Installation is made upside-down.
  23. In conclusion check the cooling system for existence of signs of development of leaks.

Models with AT

Details of installation of a radiator on diesel models with AT (on the example of model with the series 628 engine)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a radiator on diesel models with AT are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Open a cowl.
  3. Pump out the GUR hydraulic liquid.
  4. Remove block headlights (see the Head Onboard electric equipment).
  5. Remove a cross beam of a frame.
  6. Remove ventilatory assembly (see the Section Removal and installation of assembly of the fan of the cooling system).
  7. Remove the lower section of a noise isolation.
  8. Empty the cooling system (see the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  9. Disconnect from a cooler of air of pressurization (13) an air sleeve (14).
  10. Remove a cooler (14).
  11. Remove panels of deflectors (9 and 11).
  12. Disconnect oil pipelines (2 and 3) of a path of cooling of ATF from a radiator (1).
  13. Disconnect oil pipelines (7 and 8) of a path of cooling of GUR from a radiator (1).
  14. Disconnect from a radiator (1) of the line cooling (4 and 6) and ventilating (5) paths.
  15. Release clamps (16) rubber dampers (17) from the back party of a radiator and take the fastener (15).
  16. Remove the condenser (12) from a radiator (1) and, without disconnecting refrigerator lines, take him aside.
  17. Release a radiator (1) from rubber support of a cross beam and take it from a motive compartment.
  18. Remove rubber dampers (17).
  19. Installation is made upside-down.
  20. In conclusion check the cooling system for existence of signs of development of leaks.
