Coupling

On the considered models one-disk dry coupling with a diaphragm spring is established.

Coupling consists of a basket with a press disk, the conducted disk, the release bearing (RKPP 717.4) / the central operator (RKPP 716.6), the bifurcate lever of switching off of coupling (RKPP 717.4) and the hydraulic drive.

Basket of coupling of a pribolchen to the flywheel fixed on a bent shaft of the engine. Between a press disk and a flywheel the conducted clutch plate equipped with frictional slips pressed to a working surface of a flywheel by diaphragm springs of a press disk is located. The conducted clutch plate by means of shlitsevy connection is aligned rather entrance shaft of RKPP.

When squeezing a pedal of coupling the release bearing under the effort developed by hydraulic pressure via the bifurcate lever of switching off of coupling presses a diaphragm spring of a press disk, providing an otpuskaniye of the conducted disk which ceases to nestle on a working surface of a flywheel and, respectively, to transfer the torque developed by the engine to an entrance shaft of the transmission.

The coupling drive on all models has hydraulic execution. As a working body the brake fluid which is taken away from the tank, general with the brake system, is used.

Each inclusion of coupling is accompanied by wear of frictional overlays of the conducted disk which is among account components of assembly. Middle service life of the conducted disk makes over 100 000 km. Intensity of wear depends on vehicle service conditions (the movement with the trailer) and style of driving of the owner. On the models equipped with a flywheel of two-section type with the damping knot extinguishing tortional fluctuations spring, control of coupling is made automatically and need for additional adjustments is absent.

The conducted clutch plate on models with a two-section flywheel the torsion springs is not equipped.

One more advantage of the cars equipped by flywheels of two-section type is the lowered noise background on low turns of the engine.
