Removal of air from a hydraulic path of the drive of coupling

As a working body of a hydraulic actuator of coupling is brake fluid before starting implementation of the procedure, get acquainted with the precautionary measures stated in the Head Tormoznaya and auxiliary systems. Remember that brake fluid is toxic and chemically aggressive!

Air needs to be deleted from a hydraulic actuator of coupling if the coupling pedal at an otpuskaniye does not come back to a starting position, or or comes back with a delay, and also at violation of serviceability of switching off of coupling and after opening of a hydraulic path.

Removal of air without use of the special device

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

If during the procedure completely it is not possible to remove air from a driving path of coupling (the gnash is felt and quality of switching off of coupling is broken), it is necessary to make pumping of system in conditions hundred with use of special adaptation (see below).

  1. Check level in the tank of brake fluid, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).

During the procedure liquid in the GTTs tank should not fall excessively, - periodically make adjustment of its level by addition of fresh!

  1. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
  2. Remove protection of a case.
  3. Remove a dustproof cap from the pumping gate on the executive cylinder. Pull on the gate a piece of a transparent hose which free end lower in the drain capacity which is partially filled with brake fluid not to allow an air podsasyvaniye during pumping.

Location of the gate of pumping on the executive cylinder of coupling

  1. By means of a cap key carefully weaken the gate.
  2. Ask the assistant to about 10 times to squeeze out against the stop a pedal of coupling and then to record it in the lower situation.
  3. Open the gate, - brake fluid will begin to follow in drain capacity. When weakening a pressure close the gate and repeat the procedure.
  4. Continue pumping until the liquid extorted from system completely is not exempted from air bubbles / from a hose fresh liquid will not begin to be pushed out (in case of performance of its replacement), - do not forget to check and, as required, to correct liquid level in the GTTs tank.
  5. Having finished pumping, tighten the gate, remove a hose and put into place a dustproof cap.
  6. Establish into place protection of a case.
  7. Modify liquid level in the GTTs tank (see the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  8. Check serviceability of functioning of the brake system and coupling.

Pumping of a hydraulic path of the drive of coupling by means of the special device


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. On HUNDRED air from system of coupling is removed, as a rule, by means of the special device, the providing necessary pressure of liquid in a hydraulic path. Below only deviations from the described standard procedure are listed above.
  2. Working strictly according to instructions of manufacturers, connect the device to the GTTs tank.
  3. Perform the procedure of paragraph 4 (see above).
  4. Open the gate and you hold its opened before the end of allocation of the air/beginning of an exit of fresh liquid (when replacing the last).
  5. Having tightened the gate, disconnect a hose and establish a dustproof cap.
  6. Disconnect the device.
  7. Modify level in the GTTs tank and close the last.
  8. In conclusion make sure of serviceability of functioning of the brake system and coupling.
