PERFORMANCE ORDER

Details of installation of the fuel distributive highway and injectors on models 163.136 (the series 111 engine) are shown on an illustration and the illustration Location of the Service Valve (1/1) of Dumping of Pressure on the fuel highway of the engine of a series 111. Location of the service valve (1/1) of dumping of pressure on the fuel highway of the engine of a series 111 to which all references which are found in the text belong.
Remove bypass an air cleaner sleeve (see the Section Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path).
Dump pressure in a power supply system via the service valve (see the Section Dropping Pressure in fuel system of the petrol engine).
Turn out fixing bolts and remove the fuel highway (17).
Disconnect lines of return (17/2) and giving (17/3) fuels and an electrical wiring of injectors (Y62)
In case of need remove fuel injectors (Y62).
Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing rings (16/8 and 16/9) which before installation should be oiled.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Details of installation of the fuel distributive highway and injectors on models 163.154/157/172/174 (engines of series 112 and 113) are shown on an illustration and the illustration Location of the Service Valve (1/1) of Dumping of Pressure on the fuel highway of engines of series 112 and 113 to which all references which are found in the text belong.

Remove the panel of finishing of a cover of a head cylinders/air cleaner.

On models with the air cleaner fixed on the engine remove the rezonatorny camera (2/1).

Turn out screws (1/4) and remove a plastic cover.

Dump pressure in a power supply system via the service valve (see the Section Dropping Pressure in fuel system of the petrol engine).

Disconnect the line of supply of fuel (17/2).

Disconnect an electrical wiring from injectors (Y62).

Turn out fixing screws (17/1) and remove assembly of the fuel highway (17) with injectors (Y62) from the inlet pipeline.

In case of need remove injectors.

Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing rings (16/8 and 16/9) which before installation should be oiled.
