Removal and installation of the fuel pump of high pressure (FPHP)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. TNVD installation details on models 163.113 (the series 612 engine) are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove panels of finishing of a cover of a head of cylinders.
  3. Take off a belt of the drive of auxiliary units.
  4. Otboltite from TNVD (19) the pressure head line (19/1).
  5. Remove from pump assembly an arm (1).
  6. Disconnect the line of return of fuel (2) from TNVD (19).
  7. Remove the electric locking valve (Y75).
  8. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assembly of TNVD (19).

Do not open assembly of TNVD, - in case of need remove a driving element (5)!

  1. Disconnect from TNVD a connecting branch pipe (4).
  2. Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to replace all sealing elements, track respect for purity of the interfaced surfaces.

The driving element is replaced complete with an intermediate asterisk of the TNVD drive (see the Head Dvigatel).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. TNVD installation details on models 163.128 (the series 628 engine) are shown on illustrations to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove a positioner of a butterfly valve with the top air sleeves.
  3. Otboltite from TNVD (1) the pressure head line (3) and the line of return of fuel (4).
  4. Disconnect a line of communication (shooter) from the valve of quality control of mix (Y94).
  5. Turn out bolts (5) and remove assembly of TNVD (1).

Do not open assembly of TNVD, - in case of need remove the floating coupling (6)!

  1. Estimate degree of wear of the floating coupling (6), in case of need make replacement.
  2. Installation is made upside-down, - track that at the TNVD installation the nest (13) of an intermediate asterisk was developed in the same direction, as a zero tag (arrow). Do not forget to replace a sealing element of a natyazhitel. Do not forget to replace all sealing elements, track respect for purity of the interfaced surfaces.
