Removal and installation of the EGR valve, - M112/113

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the EGR valve on the models equipped with engines of series 112 and 113 are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Uncover the air cleaner.
  3. Remove an inlet air duct assembled with the MAF sensor.
  4. Give a nipple nut (89/3) on the EGR (89) valve.
  5. Disconnect a tube of EGR (89/1) from the inlet pipeline (19) and a head of cylinders.
  6. Disconnect an electrical wiring from a transdyuser of EGR (Y31/1).
  7. Remove the EGR (89) valve.
  8. Installation is made upside-down, - in order to avoid jamming of the lever of the drive of a butterfly valve, track correctness of laying vacuum a tube, EGR (Y31/1) going from a transdyuser.
