Asterisk of a bent shaft

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of an asterisk of a bent shaft of the engine of a series 111 are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove the case pallet (see the Section Service of the Lubrication System).
  3. Uncover the GRM drive (see the Section Removal and installation of covers of the GRM drive).
  4. Otboltite an asterisk (6) of the drive of the oil pump, or remove pump assembly (see the Section Service of the Lubrication System).
  5. Remove a chain of the drive of the oil pump (8).
  6. Remove a gas-distributing chain (see the Section Replacement of a Gas-distributing Chain), - for a chain skidyvaniye from an asterisk of a bent shaft (11) take aside a level of a natyazhitel.
  7. By means of a stripper (06) dismantle an asterisk of a bent shaft (11).
  8. Installation is made upside-down. In case of need the asterisk before landing to a pin of a shaft should be warmed, track also correctness of hit of segment splines (12) in a reception groove. Sending to a chain on a head of cylinders

  10. Remove a forward cover (23) heads of cylinders (see the Section Removal and installation of covers of the GRM drive).
  11. Having turned a bent shaft in the normal direction, bring the piston of the first cylinder into situation 20 ° after VMT.
  12. By means of the blocking pins (01) record inlet (75) and final (78) camshafts.
  13. Remove a natyazhitel of a chain (14) (see below).
  14. Otboltite also remove a guide of a chain (70).
  15. Installation is made upside-down.

Need for dismantle of the pallet of a case is absent, - try not to damage sealing laying of the pallet.

  1. Remove a guide of a chain (6) from the bearing pin (8).
  2. Installation is made upside-down.

  2. Uncover the air cleaner (see the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  3. On the models equipped with system of pressurization of air remove the compressor.
  4. In order to avoid a chain zaskakivaniye at its removal for asterisks of a bent shaft turn a bent shaft in the normal direction and bring the piston of the first cylinder into situation 20 ° after VMT, - the cam of the drive of the inlet valve (26) which is looked through through an oil-filling mouth has to be developed by a working ledge up at an angle, - uncover (25).
  5. Wrap up pure rags the generator.
  6. Weaken a face cap (1) and remove assembly of a natyazhitel (14).
  7. Installation is made upside-down, - on forget to replace a sealing element (15).
  8. In conclusion start the engine and check assembly of a natyazhitel for existence of signs of development of leaks.

Tension level

Need for dismantle of the pallet of a case is absent, - try not to damage sealing laying of the pallet.

  1. Remove a tension level (19) from the bearing pin (17).
  2. Installation is made upside-down.

  6. Remove heads of cylinders (see the Section Removal and installation of a head(s) of cylinders).
  7. Remove the lower section of the pallet of a case (see the Section Service of the Lubrication System).
  8. Uncover the GRM drive (see the Section Removal and installation of covers of the GRM drive).
  9. At the same time removing from fixing bolts, dismantle the directing chains (1).
  10. Installation is made upside-down.
