Verification of the basic provision of camshafts of the engine of a series 111


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Illustrative material on verification of the basic provision of camshafts of the engine of a series 111 is presented on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Uncover a head of cylinders (11).
  3. Having turned a bent shaft in the normal direction, bring the piston of the first cylinder into situation 20 ° after VMT, - the tag 20 ° a measuring scale on a damper of tortional fluctuations (95) has to be combined with the index (A) on a GRM drive cover, and cams of the drive of inlet (78) and final (77) valves of the first cylinder - to be developed by working ledges up at an angle.
  4. Check freedom of passing of a blocking core (01) to openings of a cover of the bearing No. 1 or No. 6 and lock openings of the inlet or final camshaft.
  5. In view of a tension of a gas-distributing chain the inlet camshaft has to hold position between 20 and 30 degrees, and final - between 25 and 35 degrees after VMT.

Shift of landing of a chain to 1 tooth leads to 20-degree shift, - in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see below).

  1. At the correct basic installation the emphasis on an asterisk (75) of the inlet camshaft has to be displaced towards "delay", i.e. to be shifted in selection of a flange in the direction of rotation of the camshaft (shooter).
  2. Дейтсвуя as it should be, the return to a dismantle order, install into place the being removed components.

  1. Illustrative material on adjustment of basic position of camshafts of the engine of a series 111 is presented on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Check basic installation of camshafts (see above).
  3. Remove a forward cover of a head of cylinders (see the Section Removal and installation of covers of the GRM drive).
  4. Having turned a bent shaft in the normal direction, bring the piston of the first cylinder into situation 30 ° after VMT, - in this position of the engine camshafts can be turned without risk of collision of valves with pistons.
  5. Remove a natyazhitel of a chain (14) (see the Section Removal and installation of components of the GRM drive).
  6. Remove an asterisk (78) of the final camshaft.
  7. Having pulled up, remove a gas-distributing chain (73) from an asterisk (75) of the inlet camshaft.
  8. Deploy camshafts in basic situation and record from the blocking pins (01) passed through openings in covers of bearings No. No. 1 and 6.
  9. Having delayed a chain up, return the piston of the first cylinder to situation 20 ° after VMT.
  10. Throw with a chain (73) an asterisk (75) of the inlet camshaft, previously having made sure of correctness of situation of the last.
  11. Previously having filled in a chain, establish into place an asterisk (78) of a final shaft.
  12. Establish into place a natyazhitel of a chain (14) (see the Section Removal and installation of components of the GRM drive).
  13. Take blocking cores (01).
  14. Make sure of correctness of basic installations (see above).

Installation of basic position of camshafts of engines of series 112 and 113


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Illustrative material on adjustment of basic position of camshafts of engines of series 112 and 113 is presented on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Uncover heads of cylinders.
  3. Check correctness of basic position of camshafts, - in case of need deploy the engine in situation 40 ° after VMT of the piston of the first cylinder.
  4. Remove a natyazhitel of a chain (see the Section Removal and installation of components of the GRM drive).
  5. Remove Hall's sensor.
  6. Having lifted a chain, remove an asterisk at first of the right, then left camshaft.
  7. By means of a rozhkovy key deploy the left camshaft in basic situation, - the grooves (6) developed to the diametrical plane of the engine have to be combined with the line of a joint of covers with heads, - and record it a blocking plate (2), having put the last aflush with the left head and having filled in a groove (6) of the camshaft.

In position of the piston of the first cylinder 40 ° after VMT the camshaft can turn without risk of collision of pistons with valves.

  1. Working in a similar manner, expose the right camshaft.
  2. Filling in a chain, establish to the place of an asterisk of camshafts (at first left, then right).
  3. Install Hall's sensor.
  4. Establish a natyazhitel of a chain (see the Section Removal and installation of components of the GRM drive).
  5. Make sure of correctness of combination of adjusting tags, then establish to the place of a cover of heads of cylinders.
