Replacement of brake hoses

Details of installation of a flexible hose of the brake mechanism of a forward wheel (on the example of the models equipped with supports of floating type)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of brake hoses are shown on illustrations to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Disconnect from a hose (5) the brake line (51), - at once to a zakuporta the open end of the brake line.
  3. During the work on brake mechanisms of forward wheels release from a clamp on a hose (51) an electrical wiring from sensors of wear of blocks and frequency of rotation of wheels, then turn out a hollow bolt of the nipple socket and disconnect a hose from a support.
  4. During the work on brake mechanisms of forward wheels disconnect a hose, having turned out the union from a support.
  5. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing washers of nipple sockets.
  6. In conclusion modify the level of hydraulic liquid and pump over the brake system (see the Section Pumping of the Brake System).
